Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on helping you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and develop practical strategies that work in your real life.

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals of all ages, as well as parents, families, professionals, and community members. Many clients are neurodivergent or supporting someone who is.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it focuses on forward-looking support, skill-building, and practical problem-solving.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are provided virtually (audio, audio/video, or text) and tailored to your needs.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 45–60 minutes, with shorter touch-base sessions available for ongoing support.

How often do people meet for coaching?

This varies based on your needs. Some people meet weekly or biweekly, while others schedule sessions as needed for support during specific situations.

Do you work with people who don't have a formal diagnosis?

Yes. A diagnosis is not required. We work with individuals and families navigating a wide range of needs and experiences.
