Alexis M. Eggenberger, MBA, MSSA has spent nearly 20 years as a therapist supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families across schools, homes, clinical environments, and community settings. What began as a professional passion became deeply personal when her oldest daughter was diagnosed with autism after Alexis had already dedicated 15 years to the field.

Over time, Alexis also came to recognize her own neurodivergence. This combination of professional expertise, lived experience as a parent, and personal understanding shapes the foundation of her work. She understands the complexity of navigating systems, advocating when it feels difficult, and honoring both the strengths and challenges that can exist within the same uniquely wired mind.

Throughout her career, Alexis has worked with children, teens, and adults across the lifespan, partnering closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to provide meaningful, individualized support. She has guided families through educational planning and advocacy, trained educators and organizations in neurodiversity-affirming practices, and helped individuals develop practical, sustainable skills in areas such as executive functioning, emotional regulation, and communication. Alexis also specializes in teaching sexual health and development to neurodivergent individuals, including relationship education, childbirth preparation, and parenting support.

In addition to working directly with individuals and families, Alexis provides expert guidance to organizations seeking to build sustainable, neuroaffirming services. Her consulting work includes program development and revitalization, staff training, operational improvement, revenue growth strategies, and strengthening systems of support for both employees and the individuals they serve.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, a Master of Science in Social Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis, and a Master of Business Administration. Her work is grounded in a blend of clinical knowledge, systems expertise, leadership experience, and lived understanding.
