Our Approach
We believe unique minds deserve unique approaches.

Rather than trying to change who someone is, we focus on helping individuals and families understand needs, build effective strategies, and create environments where people can thrive.

Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences. We support individuals with diverse neurotypes, including autism, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sensory processing differences, and more. We also partner with families navigating developmental differences, including those who are in the process of seeking answers and have not yet received a formal diagnosis.

Our services are available to individuals of all ages and their families. Services are provided virtually* and are accessible regardless of location. We offer flexible options—including video, audio-only, and text-based support—so services can be tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.

We focus on understanding differences, reducing overwhelm, and creating strategies that work in everyday life. Explore approaches designed to fit real life—not force a one-size-fits-all solution.
Focus Areas
Executive Functioning Support
Executive functioning support helps with the “how” of getting through the day—starting tasks, staying organized, managing time, and following through. We work together to create simple, realistic strategies that fit your life and actually work.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
This area focuses on helping people connect with others in ways that feel natural and sustainable. We work on understanding communication styles, expressing needs, and navigating relationships without losing a sense of self.
Sexual Health and Development
Sexual health education is offered in a way that is direct, respectful, and adapted to individual learning styles. Support may include understanding consent, personal boundaries, body safety, relationships, hygiene, privacy, decision-making, body development, and sexuality.

Independent Living
We support teens and young adults as they move toward greater independence and adulthood. Coaching focuses on building confidence, increasing self-understanding, and developing practical life skills needed for everyday success. Support is individualized and may include organization, decision-making, communication, and navigating real-world expectations.

Career and Future Planning
Career and future planning support helps individuals explore interests, identify strengths, and make informed decisions about next steps. We also support those navigating career struggles.
Life Transitions
Life transitions can bring both opportunity and stress. We support individuals and families through changes such as marriage, divorce, expanding a family, relocating, and other major life shifts. Coaching focuses on helping you adjust, maintain stability, and develop practical strategies to navigate change in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
Self-Regulation
Self-regulation is about understanding what’s happening inside your body and finding ways to respond that feel more realistic. We work together to recognize triggers, build awareness, and develop strategies that help with stress, emotions, and everyday challenges.
Self-Advocacy
Self-advocacy support focuses on helping individuals understand their needs, communicate them clearly, and navigate situations with greater confidence. We work on building the skills needed to express preferences, set boundaries, and access the supports and accommodations that allow individuals to thrive.
Parenting
Parent coaching offers guidance, collaborative problem-solving, and practical strategies to help families move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we focus on building a deeper understanding of neurodivergence, responding effectively to sensory needs, creating routines that work for your family, and strengthening the parent-child relationship.

We work with families to understand triggers, strengthen supervision and safety planning, and develop strategies that support both safety and independence.
Toileting

We work with individuals and families to understand patterns, address barriers, and develop individualized strategies that support success in a respectful and developmentally appropriate way.

School & Education Advocacy
Navigating school systems can often feel confusing and overwhelming. We support families in understanding IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, and how to effectively communicate with school teams. We work to prepare for meetings, clarify evaluations and eligibility, identify appropriate supports, strengthen communication with educators, and plan for transitions between grades or settings in a way that feels organized and less overwhelming.
Legal Advocacy*
Legal advocacy support helps families better understand their rights and navigate systems. We provide guidance in preparing for meetings, understanding documentation, and communicating effectively with professionals. We also support individuals and families who are navigating the legal system by helping them stay organized, informed, and confident throughout the process.

Medical planning and advocacy support helps individuals and families navigate healthcare systems with greater clarity and confidence. We assist with preparing for appointments, understanding recommendations, organizing information, and communicating effectively with providers. The goal is to ensure care is informed, coordinated, and aligned with the individual’s needs.
