Coaching Services
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching provides personalized support for neurodivergent individuals of all ages seeking practical strategies, greater self-understanding, and meaningful progress toward their goals. Sessions focus on identifying strengths, navigating challenges, building skills, and creating sustainable solutions that work in everyday life.

Parent Coaching
Parent coaching provides individualized support to help families better understand their child and navigate the world of neurodivergence with confidence. Sessions focus on communication, emotional regulation, advocacy, and creating supportive environments, while providing practical strategies to help the whole family thrive.
Family Coaching
Family coaching provides hands-on support for families navigating neurodivergence and developmental differences. Services may include parent coaching, whole-family support, and parent-child coaching for young children, with a focus on strengthening relationships, improving communication, building skills, and creating supportive routines.

We focus on understanding differences, reducing overwhelm, and developing strategies that support everyday life. Rather than trying to change who someone is, we help individuals and families better understand their needs, build effective supports, and create environments where they can genuinely thrive.

Coaching begins with a comprehensive understanding of strengths, challenges, learning styles, and support needs, which may include structured assessments when appropriate. From there, an individualized coaching plan is developed around the goals, skills, and areas of growth that are most meaningful to the individual and family. Our approach emphasizes practical, respectful, and neurodiversity-affirming instruction that aligns with how individuals truly learn and process information.

Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and neurotypes. We support individuals with autism, ADHD, twice-exceptionality, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sensory processing differences, and other forms of neurodivergence. We also work closely with individuals and families who are still searching for answers and may not yet have a formal diagnosis. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin coaching services.

Services are available for children, teens, adults, and the people who support them. Most coaching is provided virtually and is accessible regardless of location. In-person services may be available throughout the Northwest Ohio region. We offer flexible service options—including video sessions, audio-only appointments, and text-based support—so services can be tailored to each individual’s communication style, comfort level, and needs. Coaching is most often provided in a one-on-one format, though group-based options are also available. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes in length and often include ongoing support between appointments.
Please Note: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or diagnostic testing. Coaching services are private-pay and are not reimbursable through health insurance.
